Clover and Four-leaves Clover Plating Barrels: Progalvano’s new solutions for the electroplating industry
Innovation in the electroplating industry also involves the evolution of cathode contacts. To meet the needs of increasingly specialized production, Progalvano has developed the new Clover and Four-leaves Clover models, designed to optimize the treatment of small, specialized pieces and improve the handling of batches with different characteristics.
These configurations are the result of experience gained in the design of rotary drums and electroplating accessories and represent an evolution of the traditional cathodic bars system, while retaining its advantages in terms of electrical conductivity and process uniformity.
Rotor with Clover barrel: a solution designed for long parts and special small parts
The Rotor with clover barrel was designed for processing components with unique geometries, such as threaded bars, wood screws, and other elongated parts.
Its unique internal configuration allows parts to rotate around their longest axis, minimizing the risk of overlapping or vertical jamming during processing and promoting proper mixing within the electroplating cylinder.
Thanks to optional sliding internal partitions, the system can also adapt to different types of components and lengths, thereby increasing its operational flexibility.

Four-leaves Clover Rotor: greater compartmentalization and productivity
Building on the experience gained with the Clover, the Four-leaves Clover Rotor was developed to further expand application possibilities.
The addition of a fourth compartment allows for up to 16 compartments when used in conjunction with the dividing partitions, offering an ideal solution for those who need to process different batches simultaneously and optimize productivity without compromising the efficiency of the electroplating process.
